Our Executive Director, Jared Montz, is a highly sought after coach. He is a former MLS player, collegiate national champion and his network includes being friends with the current U15 USMNT coach, LAFC GM and many other pro and college coaches.
We are fortunate he chose to join us at Vegas United on August 1, 2018. Prior to that he did 70+ hours of unpaid work to get to know us so he could hit the ground running on his first day. Hit the ground running he did! In his first two months he established our new club brand, got our coaches speaking the same language, implemented internal operations and improved our customer service. Most importantly, he has really helped our coaches help our kids improve.

Jared is well connected at the pro, college and youth level. He is a bit of a youtube celebrity too. It's common for players and coaches around town (even at other clubs) to want to take selfies with Jared because of his videos! When Jared isn't leading Vegas United he is running his company OSA Soccer Camps. OSA helps players improve with camps and videos. They do camps around the United States and their youtube channel, Online Soccer Academy, has 200+ free videos, over 260k subscribers and 32+ million views.
