Academy

An Academy team has historically been the core of Vegas United.

Academy teams are for players who are transitioning from recreational or less competitive leagues to more advanced, competitive play. This level of the program is designed to provide players with the opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge of the game in a challenging but supportive environment.

Academy teams place a strong emphasis on player development, with coaches focusing on teaching individual and team skills through a variety of drills and exercises. Players will also learn more advanced tactical concepts, such as positioning, communication, and strategy.

Academy teams are for players ages 8 and up looking for a more competitive experience at the local club league level. Our Academy teams are coached by qualified USSF licensed coaches.
